Welcome to LivCV! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LivCV website, resume builder, web profile tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using LivCV, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Using LivCV

You must be at least 16 years old to use LivCV. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you’re responsible for any activity under your account.

You agree not to:

  • Use LivCV for unlawful purposes
  • Share your login credentials with others
  • Try to access or modify our systems without permission
  • Post or upload false, misleading, or inappropriate content

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload (e.g., resume data, profile info, and documents). By using LivCV, you grant us a limited license to host and display this content for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you provide.

3. Our Services

LivCV offers tools for creating resumes, profiles, and related content. While we provide suggestions and tools to improve your presentation, we do not guarantee job placement, interview selection, or employment outcomes.

We may update or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

4. Paid Plans

Certain features are available only through paid plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the stated fees and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refunds may be issued at our discretion — contact support if needed.

5. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior toward the service or other users.

6. Intellectual Property

All LivCV branding, logos, designs, and code are owned by LivCV. You may not use our branding without written permission. We do not claim ownership of your resumes or documents — those remain yours.

7. Third-Party Services

LivCV may use third-party services for analytics, email delivery, or AI enhancements. These providers are bound by their own terms and privacy practices, which we select carefully.

8. Limitation of Liability

LivCV is provided “as-is.” We do our best to offer a reliable service, but we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or outcomes resulting from use of the service.

We are not liable for any indirect damages or loss of opportunities resulting from your use of LivCV.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We’ll notify you of significant changes by email or through our platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
