Backend Developer (.NET Core / Node.js)
Job Description:

We’re looking for a skilled Backend Developer who is confident working with .NET Core and Node.js to help us scale our AI-powered resume platform. You’ll be responsible for developing robust APIs, integrating services, and maintaining scalable backend systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs in .NET Core and Node.js
  • Integrate third-party services and databases (SQL & NoSQL)
  • Collaborate with frontend and product teams to define and deliver features
  • Optimize performance and ensure system security and scalability
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in backend development
  • Proficient in .NET Core and/or Node.js
  • Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and microservices architecture
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

  • Help prioritize features and manage the product backlog
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in project management (preferably in SaaS or tech)
  • Strong understanding of agile/scrum methodologies
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders across time zones
Job Description:

We’re hiring a UI/UX Engineer to design seamless, beautiful, and accessible experiences for our users. You’ll work closely with developers and product teams to refine user journeys and ensure our platform is both easy to use and visually compelling.

Responsibilities:
  • Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Conduct user research and usability testing
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, intuitive designs
  • Work with developers to implement designs accurately
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design systems
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of UI/UX design experience
